NICSS has developed a letter for Deaf consumers to give to their professional service provider when an appointment is made.
Click here for the Letter for Professional or Government Service Provider. You can provide this to your service provider so they know you want a sign language interpreter at your appointment.
These services are provided in line with the Disability Discrimination Act 1992.
