An estimated cost will be provided for approval before a booking is actioned/confirmed. Additional costs (including interpreter parking, tolls, flights, accommodation where applicable) will be charged on a cost recovery basis. 

All confirmed bookings are subject to our cancellation policy.

Standard confirmed bookings cancelled under 24hrs (1 business day) are charged at the agreed rate.

Non-standard confirmed bookings cancelled under 72hrs (3 business days) are charged at the agreed rate.

Non-standard bookings include Court, Conference, Events, some Education/Training.

I/we hereby authorise payment to NICSS for this appointment

I/we agree to pay the final Invoice with the understanding that the quoted price is an estimate only and may change due to variations to the appointment (such as appointment running for longer than originally expected).

I/we understand after hours, weekends and public holidays attract an additional penalty rate.

I/we understand that for all cancellations under 24 hours (or one business day) notice - FULL FEE WILL BE CHARGED.

I/we agree that interpreters will be provided with regular breaks, as required, for OHS purposes.

I/we have read NICSS Booking Terms & Conditions and agree to the terms and conditions set out therein.

  • I have interpreting included in my NDIS Package
  • I understand my NDIS Package will be used to pay for the requested service
