NICSS provides qualified Interpreters to professional service providers and government agencies that make an appointment with anyone who uses Sign Language to communicate.
A Sign Language user can be either a Deaf adult or a Deaf child and includes situations where the appointment is with a hearing child/minor and the accompanying parent/guardian is Deaf.
NICSS will always provide a quote for approval before proceeding with a booking.
NICSS service is STRICTLY CONFIDENTIAL and information discussed at the appointment remains between the Professional and their Client.
We book the most appropriately qualified Interpreter depending on the nature of the appointment.
It is in the best interest of both the Professional Service Provider and the Deaf Consumer to have a qualified Interpreter present at an appointment for legal and other reasons, including informed consent.
Contact NICSS today for a no obligation quote.
