Providing Accredited Auslan Sign Language Interpreters Australia Wide

Using NICSS

Booking An Interpreter Is Easy

What NICSS Will Do

  • If you have a preferred interpreter, NICSS will check whether they are available for the appointment and let you know.
  • NICSS can also suggest interpreters near your area, according to your needs.

What If NICSS Can't Book A Preferred Interpreter?

  • Ask NICSS to book any interpreter and we will source the closest suitably qualified interpreter.
  • Change your appointment for a day/time when the preferred interpreter is available
  • Cancel the interpreter booking request

If You Change or Cancel Your Appointment?

  • Tell NICSS immediately and we will make sure the interpreter is advised of the cancellation or change.  Remember that appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice (or one business day) are charged at the FULL RATE.

NICSS Only Employs Accredited Interpreters

NICSS only employs NAATI accredited interpreters who are Paraprofessional (Level 2) or Professional (Level 3). NICSS interpreters will have experience interpreting in a range of situations. NICSS provides ongoing training for all our interpreters.
